Refund Policy

This Policy applies to paid Mindlink Tools programs confirmed by invoice. This website does not process checkout payments.

Refund eligibility

Full refunds are available if you cancel at least 14 days before the cohort start date and have not downloaded cohort-only materials. Partial refunds may apply for cancellations between 13 and 5 days before start, typically 50% of fees paid, after deducting non-recoverable facilitator costs.

Timeframe to request

Submit refund requests within 30 days of payment for unused self-paced Briefing Desk seats, or according to the cohort windows above for live programs.

Conditions for full or partial refund

• Full: cancellation ≥14 days before live start, materials unused.
• Partial: cancellation 13–5 days before live start, or documented facilitator cancellation by Mindlink Tools.
• If Mindlink Tools reschedules a cohort by more than 21 days, you may choose a full refund or transfer.

Non-refundable items

Custom onsite logistics fees, third-party venue costs already incurred, completed one-to-one clinics, and seats transferred to a colleague are non-refundable. Downloadable worksheet packs marked “final sale” on the invoice are also non-refundable once delivered.

Refund process

Email info@mindlink-tools.digital with your invoice number, program name, and reason. We confirm eligibility within five Malaysia business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 10–15 Malaysia business days after approval. Bank timeline variations may apply for international transfers.

Cancellation by learner

You may cancel by email. Substituting another participant from your organization is allowed up to 48 hours before start at no extra fee.

Exceptions

We may extend goodwill refunds for documented medical emergencies or mandated travel bans affecting attendance. Such exceptions are assessed case by case and do not create precedent.
